Talent Brand Internship

TSP is seeking a Talent Brand Intern who brings passion and creativity to the workplace, that will assist in developing the employment brand and recruitment marketing strategies that drive attraction, outreach and sourcing efforts. This individual is responsible for helping to ensure the firm is a great place to work by delivering effective team member communications as well as developing and implementing creative and progressive employee engagement marketing materials to strengthen TSP's culture and better promote the firm as a top place to work.

Where you will make an impact-

• Incorporate recruiting and people related content to existing platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Instagram and others
• Write and produce stories in a variety of media, including news and social media content, video, and internal communication platforms (TEAMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the firm to create content that can be used for multiple purposes
• Enhance TSP's ability to produce content by sharing compelling, relatable narratives.
• Craft content and language to be used in job descriptions, campaign outreach, and various career platforms
• Enhance career site to aid in the candidate experience and broaden the understanding of TSP's culture
• Develop marketing collateral with culture, retainment, and recruitment focus

Qualifications-

• Enrolled in school (i.e., community college or 4-year institution)
• Strong written communications skills
• Great knowledge of social media platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok
• You love creative projects!
• Strong detail orientation and the ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently is essential.
• Graphic design experience with knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop- preferred
• Enthusiasm for learning and positive attitude.
