Mechanical Engineer-in-Training

Essential Functions

• Assist in preparing/revising drawings, datasheets, calculations, specifications, plans, and procedures per project requirements
• Design and calculate heating and cooling loads for building systems
• Review and understand task objectives and requirements as communicated by the Project Manager or Senior Engineer
• Select and layout mechanical equipment such as pumps, chiller, fans, and boilers
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, technicians, clients, sub-consultants, and others in the design of mechanical systems on a project level basis. Champion TSP

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an Accredited University
• Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, and designation as an Engineer in Training- Preferred
• 0-2 years' experience
• Working knowledge of REVIT preferred
