Marketing Coordinator

TSP has an opening in our marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a passion for digital and social media. The Marketing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the company's social and digital platforms but will also work on numerous other marketing and branding strategies and materials. They will play a major role in the development and execution of digital strategies and the writing, editing, and production of printed proposals. Duties would also include being part of the team supporting our Sales & Business Development group, including sales collateral, updating records, tracking events, and providing research and reports.

• Digital Marketing
  • Monitor, maintain, and evaluate the firm's social media presence. Could include developing and maintaining editorial calendars and systems.
  • Identify and execute cost-effective digital marketing strategies including social media, web, and email marketing.
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics providing insight on improvements.
  • Staying current on latest trends and best practices regarding online and social channels.
  • Help educate team members regarding digital tactics.
• Marketing & Branding
  • Help develop and maintain communication strategies using various tactics to brand the firm and get our message out. Could include social media, internal communication efforts, and external communication channels.
• Content Contributor
  • Identify and produce needed marketing/promotional content including interviewing technical staff, making complex processes and procedures easy to understand (and flow smoothly).
  • Write content for but not limited to advertisements, newsletters, website, promotional material, internal and external news-related items (press releases), social media content, and internal and external communications.
  • Thoroughly proofread material to ensure proper grammar and spelling.
• Proposal Coordination
  • Coordinate resources, facilities, supplies, and logistics for proposal development.
  • Lead proposal teams on the proposal schedule, outline/compliance matrix, writing assignments, and file management requirements.
  • Participate in and provide logistics support for proposal team meetings and interviews.
• Data Management
  • Organize/maintain firm-related tracking data and strategies on various platforms that help inform the firm on future decisions. Could include data entry, social and web analytics, and other metrics.
  • Help maintain the firm's language and image libraries.
